great Fluent Jivamukti workout 01:30

very nice session today, flowing postures perfectly aligned, was very calm and concentrated, movements going nicely like playing around on the playground, inversions variations against wall, easy going, tried handstand push ups - uuahaaa (definitely need more muscles in the upper arms!!!)
