Scheduled 30 min run
Going into the first mile, legs felt tight and wobbly. Breathing was off a little, not real bad. I was trying to get in a good running grove no matter what the pace was. Second mile everything seemed to be feeling real good. Then when going into my third mile I was feeling overheated and drained. I ran until I hit 30 min which was at 2.36 mile, then walked the rest of the way home.
Over all three events felt okay doing, but I need to do better than what I did!
