    felt like I have arthritis in all my joints and made for my slowest mile after the class but I am glad I am getting the wake up call I need to really get in shape

    the vinysas hurt my shoulder and we skipped through some stuff to get to the stuff we felt we needed. good to get up and work on it though.

    Even after a 2 hour nap yesterday and sleeping 9 hours last night I am super sluggish. Good thing God allowed man to invent chocolate and peanut butter - fuel of champions ;(

      Sluggishness is in the air, and I've got it, too! However, that is NOT a sluggish pace for your run. Super speedy! Pretty darn fast for a slug, I'd say. ("Slug" and all it's variations are my words for the day).

    Hey, I got up - that is a big improvement. I was pushing it to the max so my arms were wiggly. Looking forward to some cardio tonight though, this muscle stuff is kinda dull.

    Our voting precinct was just up the street so I ran, in the cold, early in the morning, to make sure I put in for MITT and then finished off Kenpo where Josh had to leave off for work.

      Good for you! I do the same two routines over and over (so I adapt, don't get any muscle confusion, and never progress). :) But I did find that memorizing the routine means I don't listen to all the talking and it saves a ton of time.

    Was doing a heart rate run - keeping my heart up in the 170 zone for 3 miles and then warm up and cool down. I definately need to do longer runs.

      I downgraded my entry in the Indy Monumental to a half-marathon after the Fort4Fit and Jill telling me she wasn't gonna join me. No reason to run that far (for me) without someone I really like by my side. So hopefully I can redeem my race time from Fort4Fit.
