Loop around the lake plus 5 circuits of stairs*sprint*jog*tricepdips/pushups. Ooooh-weee!!!! Had an awesome kid with me to cheer me on :)

Awesome run. I wanted to go mellow and started slow, but had a really good run and finished in under 2:10 (not sure exact time yet).
