    Easy morning run in Central Park. Probably last day running in shorts and a t shirt for a while.

    Ran to the East River then workout was 3 miles at GHMP, which is 7:37. I did them at 7:15, 7:23 and 7:20. I can't get the 3:37 or anywhere close to it down and i felt very tired at the end..... read more

    Ran on the treadmill for a few minutes after barre burn. the top of my foot hurt. since it was also bothering me during my long run Friday I decided to stop running.
