I swear by this. There is a beverage sold at Whole Foods called "Kombucha" (it is in the bottled beverage section) It will make you better in no time. If I ever think I am getting sick I drink one. :-)

Chi Running is focused on running from your core and not so much relying on leg strength. This technique is popular among triathletes because it saves your leg muscles from burning out. It also focuses on posture and leaning forward during running as if falling forward and catching yourself with every forward stride. This apparently makes for a natural biomechanical movement of your body without exerting too much effort which in turn lets you run longer and faster with less effort. The breathing is de

Sorry, I didnt mean to click on the thumbs up. I think perhaps a chiropractor (one that specialises in runners) or even a good osteopath.

Balancing your week for triathlons is definitely a tough task to tackle. I feel that after a few months of work outs, I am getting close to a schedule that works, has results, and is safe. Remember, days off and/or active recovery are REQUIRED.
