I've been so busy with work and moving this weekend that I've had no time or energy to train. I can't wait to get back to my routine.

I swear by this. There is a beverage sold at Whole Foods called "Kombucha" (it is in the bottled beverage section) It will make you better in no time. If I ever think I am getting sick I drink one. :-)

Chi Running is focused on running from your core and not so much relying on leg strength. This technique is popular among triathletes because it saves your leg muscles from burning out. I have trouble with running form because my knees sometimes hurt. Is it a good idea to go to a podiatrist or chiropractor?

Oh man, I could not run for the life of me. I didn't make it to my track group so I hit the treadmill but my knees were hurting me so I got off and got on a bike instead.

Balancing your week for triathlons is definitely a tough task to tackle. I feel that after a few months of work outs, I am getting close to a schedule that works, has results, and is safe. Remember, days off and/or active recovery are REQUIRED.
