    Didn't feel like running but did want to get out and do something. Ended up being a 5 mile walk on the Goffstown Rail Trail - from the court house to Kelley St Bridge in Manchester and back.

    Very cold! And definitely had steep hills. But Ali took off 3 minutes from his last 5k time so very pleased with that! Clock time was around 41 minutes

    Kept it easy and slow to ease myself back into running. Cold out this morning! About 34 degrees!

  11. Good luck to all the racers today. I'm about to head out to man a water stop on the Manchester Marathon route - mile 7 - since I'm not running it today myself.

      Didn't get the message till now. I am sure I saw you...actually i am pretty sure I didn't lol I was just too tired and just wanted to finish. lol But thanks for passing out water. I hope your hip is feeling better.

      I was the first water giver at the mile 7 stop and was yelling water up front and gatorade toward the back! LOL
