  4. RUN
    good 1.93 mi 00:28 14:26 pace

A beautiful time for a run - hazy sun, a light breeze. Stiff knee the entire time. Tight hips last 6 minutes. But, took 38 seconds off of my time!

  5. #dailymission My goal for this year is to run my first sub-40 minute 5K, which would take over 2 minutes off of my PR. I was also invited to run a relay in the fall and I would be responsible for ... read more

  6. RUN
    good 1.93 mi 00:29 14:46 pace

Perfect weather, sunny, slight wind. Knee was tight in the beginning, but once warmed up felt great. Had a tight right hamstring the last 7 minutes, but didn't stop me. Conquered the hill d... read more

  7. walk
    good 1.38 mi

Nice walk with the family to Rita's and back. Part of the time I carried the Wee One on my shoulders, so that added a bit of a challenge!

  8. #dailymission My first race was the 5K Against Domestic Violence, Newark, DE May 2010. With no real training, I finished in 42:53. I learned that day that I LOVED to run in races!

  9. FIT
    good Curves 00:30

Felt good - knee a bit sore today, but rocked my workout otherwise!

  10. RUN

  12. RUN
    great Home-Highland Ave 1.91 mi 00:29 15:10 pace

Same route as yesterday - a little less windy, a little less cool.

  13. RUN
    great Home-Highland Ave 1.91 mi 00:29 15:10 pace

Good to get running again. Windy, cool, but it is November

  14. RUN
    alright Treadmill 1.1 mi 00:17 15:10 pace

The treadmill really doesn't inspire me. Nothing better than running in place. But it is too hot outside to run. Glad to be back to running!

  15. RUN
good Work loop 1.18 mi 00:25 21:11 pace

Since I was wearing the wrong shoes, the wrong clothes and it was hot out, I think that it went well. A walk at lunch did a body good! Well, except for the blister!

  16. RUN
    good Firecracker 5K 3.1 mi 00:42 13:39 pace

Great weather, more hills than any race so far. Cramp on side in the 2nd mile. Ran naked (no music) just me and the outdoor sounds

  17. RUN
    alright Old Capital Trail-Gary Ave-Ki... 1.65 mi 00:20 12:09 pace

Felt bloated the entire time. The first part is a long uphill but I RAN the whole hill. In fact, I ran the whole FIRST MILE!!!! Go me!

  18. RUN
    blah St. Francis 5K for Women's He... 3.1 mi 00:47 15:16 pace

Other than the hot sun, high humidity and no shade, okay. This was a mostly walking race for me.
