    Today's run was surprisingly well conditioned and in really good form. The outside right knee was hurting and my cadence held up. Overall feeling better.

    Solid work out, very controlled form, little bit lighter on the weights but I felt better about the form I think tomorrow's 4 AM run will be fun - with how my leggies are feelin right now.

    Legs had a spring today that I haven't felt in months. A run before 5am never felt so good, what's even better was the post run buzz -still all up in it now!!!!
