Ran with some of my students age ranging from 20 - 26. Justin G., was one of them and the only one that finished with me. He is a much better runner than I. But it does make me fell good to know that I can out run guys that are half my age. Justin G. went slow in order to run with me. It was a good run a little warm and humid, but it was a good run.

    Thanks Gaby and Cyndi. I can't figure it out this is my second day trying to see it and nothing. It also said there was 1090 feet of gain instead of 10. Oh well.

    Nice run Tom. I don' t see the map till I click on your link to your profile page. Mine is teh same way. Good to see your heart rate too. I thought I was the only one that had high heart rates while running.

    Thanks everyone. Marie, Justin was telling me that I am the same age as his mother. lol. Holly, Pat, and Drew. I see the small one as well, but not the larger one. Oh well. Douglas, Found him after a while in his room. He cut out early and took a short cut. Erin, Fortunately not, but I will take four dollars. I'll take anything. Have a good night everyone.
