Hills? Ok, how about 5 times more elevation gain than I have had in the last month put together? The plan called for hills, and since it is all flat where I live, I took full advantage of visiting my parents. 514 feet of elevation gain and loss. The best part about running up a big hill is going back down it. It was a great feeling of accomplishment, but I'm glad it's over. I can think of better ways to burn 1144 calories. I can think of even more ways to intake 1144 calories.

    There's a pretty good hill right of the road from you in Brunswick Tom. The Sydney Lanier Bridge on Hwy 17 3/4 mile up at 285 foot elevation. Then down of course. Repeat as desired!!! lol
