Pretty good run today. 66* I was focusing on my cadence, so I put on my 90 bps playlist and a good pace followed. 8:26/8:18/8:25 AHR 170; MHR 180.

Really nice pace Tom. Your splits were consistent, too.

Geek question: how do you create a playlist based on BPM?

Let me rephrase, I actually know how to make a playlist with BPM, but except for a single song in my library, I don't have any BPM data. This is in iTunes. Do you have a way to get these values set?

Good question. I have gone to a web site I stumbled upon and that is where I get the info from. It is jog.fm. There is no www, there is no com, it is just jog.fm . Don't go by the pace times on the front page. After the home page you can do a search for music by BPM. It isn't 100%, as I have found some songs that I will have to speed up or slow down my cadence, but I think it is a good starting point. Unless you can get a foot pod for you Garmin or similar device that counts it and put it on your wrist.
