    great Basketball 00:30

After running 7 miles I got talked into playing in the student vs parents basketball game. My son was playing, so it was a lot of fun. The students made a 3 pointer at the buzzer to tie the game.

Well they paused the clock at 2 second for about 5 second to give them time to take the shot and they also gave the 4 points for the 3 point shot, so everyone was content with a tie.

Oh those are sweet miles, Submariner! Hey, have any of your students improved their PT performance because of how you encourage them go run with you? Just curious. I like how you operate!

Not sure I every jumped off a ramp with my Big Wheel, but my 5-speed Sting Ray with the banana seat and sissy bar saw its share of ramps (and spills).

If it had wheels, I jumped it. Most of them had the same number of wheels at landing as take off.

By the time I was 10, I had broke two arms and my nose twice. One of the arm breaks was taking a bike over a ramp that didn't work out. I was pretty wild and stupid as a kid. I took the dare from my older brother to pee on the electric fence on our farm when I was about eight. I'm not sure I've recovered from that yet - my wife agrees from time to time.

These are life lessons my kids never will know.

Oh yeah! Good times on the big wheel :) For me and my bro it was a big rock in the back yard that was a perfect jump! Great sledding jump too. No helmets man, our skulls just toughened up from all the crashes.

Let me rephrase, I actually know how to make a playlist with BPM, but except for a single song in my library, I don't have any BPM data. This is in iTunes. Do you have a way to get these values set?

Good question. I have gone to a web site I stumbled upon and that is where I get the info from. It is jog.fm. There is no www, there is no com, it is just jog.fm . Don't go by the pace times on the front page. After the home page you can do a search for music by BPM. It isn't 100%, as I have found some songs that I will have to speed up or slow down my cadence, but I think it is a good starting point. Unless you can get a foot pod for you Garmin or similar device that counts it and put it on your wrist.
