    Thinking that doing tempo or speedwork runs on same day as Stability Ball class not a good thing. Legs felt like lead and I couldn't hold the pace I should have. Oh well, did the distance.

    Ran with a run buddy who kept us at a nice easy pace and we talked whole time. Very slippery out so that kept us slow too.

    Go figure on the pace but that's what a lovely 55* day will do! Had to pick up a bus pass so took a quick run along the Riverfront. Nice!

    Was great to run outside in 40 degrees but not so great that there were so many ice patches...black ice even worse that kept it slow most of time. Lots of Fred Flintstone style running.
