    This was my 2nd 5k ever. Official time 36:20. Goal is to do 1 5k every weekend til the end of the year to try and lose 30 lbs!

    5K race. I don't understand how I could run the first 2 miles in 20 minutes and then it could take me another 17 minutes to run the last mile? Can somebody help with this answer please?

  3. 2nd 5k results. Trail run. This was exceptionally hard. I saw one seasoned runner throwing up on the side of the road! My time was horrible. 37: 21.

    Pre-race breakfast, no processed foods whatsoever. I think it's pretty much Paleo.
    Sweet potato, bananas; raw, unfiltered, organic honey; cinnamon, raw pecans.

    I'm no longer able to run due to the fact that I've been diagnosed with a herniated disc and cervical osteoarthritis from C1-C7. So, I'm bikin' it from now on!
