Short run in the pasture behind the house just to get something in. My poor legs are sooo not used to running in that soft grass stuff! :p Having a hard time fitting it in lately between work and all the kids afterschool stuff and house crap. But somebody's gotta handle dinner and dads sure not gonna sacrifice his precious time :/ Sure hope he appreciates it!! :) This 1/2 we got in 6 weeks or so is gonna kick my butt! Looks like a lot of off road training in my future!

Nice work, Michelle!

I NEVER grass run so it was humbling and tough bc it's an unused pasture so the grass is kinda tallish and it rained yesterday so it was extra soft but I didn't have to add an extra precious half hour to drive somewhere to get it done! And it's done! Yay! Now to finish dinner... Lol

Way to get a run in! Some days it is so tough to find that time...case in point...'Daddy, come on! I have homework!' Guess my DM time is up for now. :) Have a great evening and keep getting sneaky on those runs! Sneak em in whenever you can!!

Off roading it is a tuff run. My next race is a mix of pavement, turf and trails. I need to practice.
