  1. Last hard weekend before Boston. After Bean Town I'll be all endurance/hills all the time to get ready for Western States!!!!

    Perfect time for the 1st of a double. Not too hard but I wasn't on my feet uncomfortably long. I even got to take some pics along the way!

    8 Miles with 5 miles of "Repeats" within. 6:45, 6:40, 6:35, 6:30, 6:25ish. Tough run but they'll make me faster!
