Trying to stretch. Shoulder and back hurts from the crash. Legs hurt too but I have to be strong...

Thanks guys. I'm lucky to be back so fast. Gonna focus on swimming till I'm able to run again. Haven't been on the bike either since I got hit. Try that tomorrow :)

So this year I try to be a better DM :) And post all my workouts :)... Went to doc this AM and she said... no running for at least another month :( I fell with the bike about a month ago and injure... read more
