    Decided it was time to swim the 3.8 in one go. Did 250 warm up before and a short 50 cool down after.

      Thanks guys. I'm lucky to be back so fast. Gonna focus on swimming till I'm able to run again. Haven't been on the bike either since I got hit. Try that tomorrow :)

      Yeah legs r not ok and now after the bike/car accident it will take even longer :(
