  4. More bloodwork today. :( Checking my thyroid, iron, and Vit D again. BP was great! 110/70! :) Probably because I had my baby sunshine sitting so sweetly on my lap!

    Did my own routine for 30 minutes. It felt good to stretch. My life is not allowing running time. But this made me feel much better. Hopefully back to a good run soon!

      YAH! I was really shocked to be sore this morning!!! We try and go once a month and I am either pushing a double or carry the one year old. But this time I must have really pushed it hard on the hills. :)

  16. Woke up at 3am to my 3 year old wide awake like a racoon. Sigh. I don't know what phase this is? She just doesn't seem to sleep. hmmm? She didn't fall back asleep until 5 am.

      My 2-year-old has been doing this lately too. He falls asleep faster than your kiddo, but still, it's annoying. Congratulations on your 300 mark - that's a great milestone!

      What is the deal? How can we make them stay asleep! My peditrician gave me NO good advise. And pretty much told me to gate the stairs. And I responded 'isn't that a fire hazard'??

    Walked .5 and ran the rest. I hit the highest speed I have on the TM! Feel good AFTERWARDS. :) Pushed myself thinking of someone in my heart who is suffering.
