      Great job persevering through really yucky conditions, Wendy. Another option besides KT tape, which is a great option, would be to get an ace bandage and wrap your ankle and anchor it around the bottom of your foot just to help with stability.

      Fabulous workout, Wendy. Perhaps I shouldn't be telling you this but I never do static stretching before a run. I spend time after every single run doing some static stretching but I only do the static stuff after I'm warmed up. For races I'll do some warm up prior and then some light stretching and for longer runs (long is relative to your training, not any particular distance) I just start slower until I feel warmed up.

      Great job Wendy! That is awesome! Music certainly does help me to get in a groove while running. I've found that listening to podcasts helps even more for me. Great job, you should be very proud of yourself :-)

      YAAYY! :) Good luck on your run tomorrow. Don't be surprised if your legs are sore/dead feeling. Mine always are when I run two days in a row.
