      Yes, went well. Apparently I have a hip and glute not firing. Just a few minor adjustments and I should be back to good.

    GPS shorted me about a 1/4 mile then usual run. Still a good, easy run on the slippery trail from all the rain. Love the cool temps and sunny skies.
