  3. RUN
    Tulsa Run 9.4 mi 01:32 09:45 pace

Knew I was I injured going into the race. Ran hard and through the pain ad was totally worth it. Felt good to be out racing again. Now, some much needed healing.

  4. FIT
    Bike and Elliptical 00:35

Tried to run on the treadmill but hurt too much. Opted for low impact today. Going to take tomorrow off again (I work back to back nights anyway) and maybe attempt again Saturday.

  5. RUN
    Riverside 4 mi 00:38 09:35 pace

Took it kind of easy. On the edge of an injury I think. Hopefully it's just really sore.... Things just aren't the same as they used to be! Haha. Will probably take it much easier this week.

  6. RUN
    Riverside/Turnpike 7 mi 01:10 10:00 pace

Very happy with the distance, not so happy that I'm having some muscle/ligament pain... Still recovering from the major reason I took time off I think. Broke out the ibuprofen and ice. Longest... read more

  7. RUN
    HZ treadmill 3.1 mi 00:30 09:40 pace

First run after the stomach flu this week.

  8. RUN
    4.5 mi 00:44 09:44 pace

Treadmill: Would have liked to get more miles in today, but the childcare at the gym was closing... Oh well. Felt like I got to work on endurance a bit.

  9. RUN
    LaFortune 3.1 mi 00:28 09:01 pace

Worked last night so took awhile to get loosened up. Told myself it was okay if I just had an easy run, but always end up setting a time goal by the end - in this case 28 minutes. Ended up running ... read more

Thanks Tammy :) the most difficult part about it all is just finding the time! Really feel better about myself overall now that I'm back to running a bit. Hopefully see you at FF in the spring.
