    Stressful morning and this really helped to melt some of that away. Completed 3 800s @ 6.1 (9.50 pace). Didn't bring garmin for HR, but when I checked it got up to 148 or so.

    One of the luxuries of having the BSC pass this month. Convenient but still felt rushed. Ended up doing intervals of 400--every other 400 I'd up the pace from 6.0 to 6.3.

    Listened to music and with every few 400s I added a 3% incline so that I climbed at least 155 feet. Other than that, I think it's time for me to get new shoes! Avg HR 135.

    Have a 30 day pass to BSC and stopped at the gym for a quick run PLUS 1 plank @ 1 min 30 secs/ 10 pups/ 1 plank @ 30 secs /10 pups...Ending January with 104 miles.

    Even though I was feeling distracted, I was glad to get a full hour of yoga done! Need to add in those planks and pups again this week. My shoulder *was* bothering me.
