      @David-we actually do have a little bit of meditation (5 min worth) at the end of class. It's usually very relaxing when I don't almost fall asleep :)

      OMG. AMAZING.
      I've been toying with that idea for a while, let me know how it goes and how you like it!!! Keep us all posted of course :)
      I'm super afraid of heights, but have been tree climbing quite a few times to try and get over my fear, it's a super intense adrenaline rush and builds upper body strength like crazy (there were a few "rock climbing" walls in the trees) but I still can't help but be nervous when I look down.

    it's raining outside so jumped on the tm after class to get some miles. after warming up @5.0, I tried to speed up the pace now and then. it's raining this whole weekend (so I hear) and we'll see what I can do with or without the tm.

      When I belonged to a gym, I hated how it was so warm in there. Do they not understand that you get hot and sweaty while working out?! I don't understand the point of having that environment "heated". Good job trying to remained focused on your core.

      thanks for all the motivation and tips everyone. @Joyce-at work I usually drink about 8 to 12 cups of water while sitting at my desk. I also really like Poland spring's seltzer (fizzy) water...occasionally I drink some sugar-free caffeine free beverages as well. what do you drink to stay hydrated?
