The good news: I got back out there today! The bad news: I knew it was going to be just an ok run because of LOW energy. I was up at 4:15 this morning to catch a couple planes home from West Virginia (which I got up at 5:15 am yesterday to fly to). Back to the good news: But I did it!

I'm making sure to take it easy. I really don't want to overdue it right away and hurt myself again. So I'm in no rush and will keep easing myself back. I don't plan to run much more than a mile at a time for the next couple weeks. You know, they say to up your mileage .1 miles per week, so I plan to gradually work my way back up to where I was before my injury.
