    holy sore batman! Legs are pretty sore today back as well and my right ankle. It felt really good to get out though and loosen up my legs.

      Hmmmm....I'm no expert but next time i recommend not getting hit my a car weeks before a marathon. That should take care of the back issue. Nice job my man!
