Really good run: pool was closed due to water clarity issues maximum rawr but oh well I had a great run because of it so I'm very pleased! Everything felt great, it was an out-and-back thing and I was faster on the back than the out which was wicked. I felt slightly misaligned, my hips are kinda out of whack, I'm working on balancing with my athletic therapist, but I felt strong.
