    Legs were a little sore at first - got better as the run progressed. The weather was AMAZING! 20 degrees cooler than most of my recent runs and a drizzling rain that felt incredible.

    Nice recovery run - was able to stay in heart rate zone 2 inspite of it being 86 degrees at 6:00 am. Did 4:1 intervals trying to get back into this distance thing. Next Full in November!

    Good run but even super slow my heart rate wouldn't stay in Zone 2. Beautiful Ozark scenery made it more than worth the effort.
