    Ran with a new friend from tri club. I didn't know the route and she is preggers. She said if I didn't mind running "slow" than we could run together.

    Tough, hilly, trail to pavement run and I loved every minute of it! MCM knows the way to my hill seeker heart! Great way to kickoff 2013-2014 season!

    The crisp air felt so good running up those hills! Definitely still a hill seeker. Time put in some hill repeats tho.
