Went longer than I wanted to! I was keeping track of my miles with an app from my phone. I guess when I reached the 16 mile mark (when I was supposed to stop) somebody called! Urgh!

alright neighborhood street run 14.1 mi 02:40 11:20 pace
terrible pace, but I did have to wait to pass a BAD accident on the street where BOTH cars were totalled and I failed to stop my timer
