Completing races without any asthma issues and participating in a FULL marathon (Did it!). Get my Half Marathon time down to at least 2:30.

This is very frustrating. Coming back from a stress fracture has been rough. I'm able to workout, but running isn't going so hot. A couple of miles in and my foot starts to hurt. Not sure if the pain is just a sort of readjustment and I need to just work past it. Or, if I should back off with the pain. Right now, it's not terrible. When it starts, the pain is a 4 on a scale of 1 to 10. I'm just afraid that if I push past it I might make it worse. For now, I stop running as soon as my foot starts to hurt. I'm not sure I'm doing the right thing. Either way, my confidence is shot. I miss my long runs.
