      Jess - Thanks! This has been frustrating. I realize that after taking so much time off and putting on 15 lbs. I really am starting from scratch. With my level of fitness, half marathons are not fun and being in the back vs. middle of the pack is really not fun.

      I applaud you for even getting back out there and losing the baby weight. That is a HUGE accomplishment. Luckily for us, there are a lot of 8ks and 10ks coming up :)

      I commend you for listening to your body and dialing it back a notch. I too will be jumping back on the 10k or less bandwagon because my running has completely fallen off. Maybe I'll see you out on the road/trail again soon!
