I've run in that track, I don't know how you could run 7 miles on it without going crazy. Nice job

Not quite as crazy as the treadmill, but close! Reminds me of my sister's favorite quote, "Obsessed, a word the lazy use to describe the dedicated."

Smart to be indoors. I'll have to try the track sometime because I am really struggling when I try the treadmill.

Can you spell b-o-r-i-n-g? I did shovel the snow first and will have to again, but I kept it inside today. Hoping for a good outdoor Sunday run with my kids!

Shoveling has become part of my cross training. Really hope we are done with it.

Took it indoors today. Did 8 miles with changes in incline and a slowly increasing pace as I went.

  8. RUN
good Kept it sort of flat 5.15 mi 00:54 10:27 pace

slippin' & slidin' toady. Didn't mind the snow or the temp, but that wind was killer!

easy GK five mile progressive run with fartleks every half mile. (9:49, 9:32, 9:23, 9:14, 9:05, cool down) Seemed a bit tough to keep pace, but then I remembered the 13 miles yesterday.

Smart move on hitting the mill today. Especially with that negative windchill.

  14. RUN

  17. RUN
great Mojo 12 miler with hills 12 mi 02:02 10:11 pace

Pace is nothing to write home about, but it was my first 12 mile run since May of last year, and I was able to pace myself to get it done, hills included. So, I'm satisfied! (for now)
