    hot humid & slow at first. Then a breeze kicked up, which really helped.

    I was called in to sub as run coordinator and ended up running with a very nice person, Lenae. Slow pace, relaxed, and I guess a good taper run for Sunday's half in Buffalo.

    slow and difficult run - could make excuses, but it happens. Still a fun run with the Tuesday night buddies. Time includes walk breaks - not started by me, but enjoyed just the same.

    I could have used a few more sweet spring runs before we jumped into summer weather! But I have to keep the miles up for a while longer - one more spring time half to go....

    Had great fun on this one! A challenging little run, with plenty of inclines along the way.

    The rain stayed at bay for the run on a nice night. a little faster (and shorter) than the test run of this route yesterday morning.
