      Gotta do what you gotta do to get it done. I to had to use the treadmill yesterday morning. Would have been nice to be outside.

    Enjoyable fall morning run. Funny how it was so much easier to run 13.1 miles at a faster pace last Saturday. I'll call this my recovery (from the election) run.
