    No speed work tonight, so I did a road run with Doug W and Tom T. Was wearing my 'track' shoes (lighter and less cushioned) instead of my road shoes, but it worked out OK.

    When in Honduras, do as the Hondurans do. First Scuba 'discovery' dive. Challenging, difficult at times, but awesome at the same time.

    great fun on the water - saw the mangrove and several species of birds up close, then stopped at a beach front bar/dive shop for a beer on the way back.

    snorkeling over and around the coral reefs- saw lobster, squid, urchins, sponges, coral, fish, etc. quite a workout on the gastroc & soleus muscles
