Thanks, Barb. Sorry about that foot thing. It will be tough not running, but it will pay off one day soon!

I'm getting a lot of swimming in to try to stay sane. Will never take being able to run for granted again.

  6. RUN
    good Mojo down Cin-Day 5.25 mi 00:50 09:35 pace

Fun, relaxed Mojo group run. Cut it short to save a bit for the Hot Chocolate 15K tomorrow. (yep, missing the Mojo Pub Run - bad planning, I guess) Have fun!

  7. RUN
good Quebec City 6.02 mi 01:01 10:05 pace

Enjoyable morning run in Quebec City - along Rue St. Paul and then up into the 'Old City' and back.

  8. RUN

Tried that 'running on tired legs' thing - worked out OK. Made one mistake: wore long pants, when I should have 'gone Trimble' instead.

      What would Trimble wear? ;)

A half inch layer of frost, some mornings..., but shorts would have been best today.

  11. RUN
    alright 'flat'on the ridge 6.72 mi 01:06 09:47 pace

Kept it as flat and easy as it can be on the ridge, 'cause I'm still feeling Sunday's Half

    nice morning run

  13. RUN
good Mason Half Marathon 13.19 mi 02:03 09:18 pace

Much harder than the Loveland Half 2 weeks ago, but placed 3rd in my age group (old codgers) again. So nice to see the other Mojo folks out there (all ahead of me!) doing so well.

  14. RUN
good Mojo quick north 5 mi 00:47 09:19 pace

keeping things loose for the Mason Half

  15. RUN
good at the gym 6.2 mi 00:58 09:18 pace

I know, 'why are you running at the gym on this beautiful day?' Just tryin' to lock in a pace for Sunday's half marathon. Part of my taper plan.

The Mason Half. Local and cheap were the main selling points. I used the Loveland Half (a week and a half ago) as a training run, but had so much fun that I had to push it a little. Columbus Hot Chocolate 15K is next, in another 2 weeks. Then I start to focus on the Pig....

Nice job on the treadmill! I can never make myself go more than 4 miles on those things. Good luck this weekend!

  20. RUN
good top o' the ridge 'flat' cross... 4.12 mi 00:38 09:18 pace

kept it easy and as flat as can be on BRB due to strange knee pain (first ever) - maybe due to suicidal downhill on the Loveland Half
