    Went out for a 6-7 miler, met a 'tri'-guy and got to talking & 6 become 9. Fun run that got a bit tougher after the temp and sun both came up a bit more!

      I was going to say you should have joined me early this morning until I read the Bunbury portion of your post. It is just as well. It would've been a challenge to find you in the fog this morning. I agree, great week.
