I actually like those rolling hills out on Port Union and once I get to Eagle Ridge, I'm almost home, so it's not so bad either (painful, but short!).

  10. RUN
    alright Mojo-gano-B's way-back 9 mi 01:33 10:20 pace

Found that 'conversational pace' they talk about it. Good for conversation, not so good for running.

Sometimes you need the conversation more than you need the run! You were moving, that's what counts😀

Tim & Barb, I appreciate your confidence. The past two years it was a goal and I ended up injured. But, I'm smarter now, I hope.
