Great workout 5 miles forward at my normal pace then 1 mile backwards with extreme resistance. I really felt it working my calves!!

    Wow. I can never do that much backwards. For some reason I get bored too quick backwards.

    I think I like it because the whole time I'm doing it I'm visualizing it making my but and calves better haha, so I just keep that in my head with every stride! Today was so cute tho! I will prob post about it on FB, but I'll share here too. LillieRose (who is now 7mos) started slapping her leg to the rhythm of the elliptical when I started going backwards! (because its a lot louder than when I'm going forward and it caught her attention) She did it for about 8 strides before she lost interest hehe.
