Hard core... Sweating bullets. Still getting used to setting a 5 mi in under 20 min pace on my Elliptical.

awesome. sounds like my routine too on ellip. (I strive for over 1050 calorie burn per hour for 30 mins). Usually put in 5 miles on it. And use a 7, 10 and 15 resistance

Ellipticals are all so different (and I think mine is on the 'generous' side to be honest) so even when I do 5 miles, in my head I pretend it is the equivalent of running for 3 lol... I try to subtract 1/3 from distance and calories... I figure if I underestimate I will always come out ahead :) Cardio is still really hard for me, but I'm def making progress!! I'm sure you would kick my butt around the block ;)

For my routines, I used to do 10-15 miles on it at a time! But guess what, I get a better workout doing 5 hardcore 'running type' miles than 10 'jogging miles' if that makes sense lol. It's not as fun this way, but my workouts are a lot shorter and more baby friendly this way hehe

shorter and baby friendly is the only way to go from here on out lol. So shorter, yet more vigorous is how it is. And I feel the same about the ellip. It feels like it should not be as long as it says it is. But the sweating is a good indicator that we must be doing something right! Before I was pregnant I was doing 1,200+ burn workouts. I spent almost two hours working out a day! Honestly it was too much and taking up a lot of time..I needed this change!

Wow two hours on the elliptical. I'd go out of my mind. I get board on the elliptical at the gym after about 20-30 mins and hop on the tower instead. You two are Powerhouse mommies!
