Superb course, though a little humid. Again ran far faster than I thought I could (ave. pace: 8:54). Tired now, though.


Nice workout there Jan!! Was a little rooty there at the end, huh? I'm so glad the sun held off and didn't beat down on us.

I liked the roots, but the slalom less so. BTW you were so in the zone that you ran straight past me cheering you on just before the finish!
