Craig, good luck with your first half marathon. Will love to hear how it goes in the Xero Shoes (formerly Invisible Shoes).Yeah, when the feet are tender, which mine still are, you have no choice but to 'leave your ego at the door' & run slower. It was good for me though in that it held me back & I had a lot of fun taking in all the sights & sounds.

Kick ass Dave!!! Excellent feet after 26.2! Incredible pace on bare skin. I am truly impressed. When my feet grow up, they want to be just like yours!!!

I've only been barefooting for 5 months now, and on my long runs I get the beginnings of this sort of wear - it's good to see it's not just me. I find shoes very welcoming after that sort of run =D Thanks for sharing.
