    Fast paced run before the 1/2 marathon this weekend. Still only feeling about 75% but will have to be good enough for my race.

    Hit the upper body hard. Also mixed in 4 sets of crunches for 280 total, 50 were inclines. My abs hated me for a while after the workout.

    Went easy on the weights but hard on the core. 200 reg crunches and 100 reverses. Damn those are a pain. Body feeling good tho. Ready to start running again this weekend.
