      Outside is way different then the indoors. They both have their ups and downs but on a day like today I think outside was a great choice!

      Thanks Ginny! One day I hope to be running a bit outside too, might be signing up for a run clinic one of these days.

      It is nice to switch it up a bit, and yes on a day like it was a nice break from the dark gym.
