Quick home spin class. It is really just an old stationary bike so somewhere between the smooth stationary and the big heavy fly wheel of a spin cycle. It has a manual resistance so I call it spin.

I'm not even sure I am doing spin right. I try and keep tempo, doing 1 minute sitting back, one minute leaning forward and then one minute standing (usually right before I stand I up the resistance a click) ... rinse, repeat.

My legs are soooore.. Ow.
