    A nice morning run then AMRAP with bicep curls, modified pushups, lunges, squats and toe touch planks. Felt pretty good and got in 8 rounds this time.

    After the thunderstorms passed through I got out for a run. It felt good and kind of weird at the same time. I can tell my lower abs are really weak as well as my hip flexors.
