Spinning bike. Boring- but probably a good thing for me to do, as it's a controlled environment.

also did a few sets of my eccentric heal drops. both at lunch and again after work, so I got them all in today. Takes a while to do 3 x 15 for each leg, and then another 3x15 with legs bent.
