Screw the Achilles. I'm in NYC, it's a perfect morning, and I love running in Central Park. So many runners and cyclists out there, it's like an event. Anyway- I put my CEP sock on and the achilles held up for the run. My knee was a little sore towards the end- but that's because I haven't been running. It needs to be beaten back into submission.

awesome..always wanted to run in Central Park...

Way to get what you need out there, Morey! You don't get to run in Central Park every day, may as well get it done.

Haven't had the pleasure of Central Park, but definitely need to do that at some point. Glad you got to enjoy it despite the damn Achilles.
