Achilles a little sore- so I didn't attempt a run, but a did a solid trainer workout this morning. Cal 649, TSS 89 NP 198 IF 0.95 Guess I need to up my FTP again, as I stayed well above the 3x10min interval power plan?

    I'm going to shop for a trainer this summer. It will mostly be used by my wife, but I could see using it in the winters. Any advice?

    @Phil The two that seem to rise to the top are the CycleOps Fluid2 or the Kurt Kinetic Road Machine. I'm no expert on them tho'. There are less expensive ones that are just fine.
