After my wonderful pilates experience I felt the need to get some mileage done. (That doesn't make much sense. No matter how you measure it one mile is never going to be shorter than another. Whatever) I started the first mile like I've done on all my recent runs, very very easy. Surprisingly easy actually felt easy so I pushed a bit and ran the rest at near an 8 minute pace and finished with some juice in the tank. I really hope this keeps up.
