Working on no stops and trying to stay consistent on pace when I crossed a path of nesting Canadian Geese. This goose gave me a look; I swear I seen some fangs coming out. It look madder than a mule chewing on bumblebees. I had to cross the street to continue my run !


Good job Prima. You're doing so well. I'm slowly increasing the distance between my walk breaks too. I'm hoping to stay consistent mile after mile. It's harder than I thought. Stay strong!

It's hard to push through the no walking and the consistant pace..I am dealing with atll of that as well. I have nasty heat and humidity which seems to be my biggest problem. I am letting it get to me..keep on trucking and you can get through it
