Hill repeats! I haven't done more than three in a while so I decided to do five, but ended up doing four. Good enough!


good girl! And I see you're doing San Diego Classic! One word of advise: LOTS of hill training on the bike. Those hills are killer.

Bike hills are well less fun than run hills! :oP Lauren - I have a bunch of halfs coming up (Oakland, Hollywood, Vancouver) and then the SF Marathon as my next full. Feels so weird to be out of full training. I do enjoy having 10 nicely painted toe nails :)
