    Swim leg - wayyy better than I was expecting. Not exactly fast but only a bit slower than my last tri which was half the distance. Swimming in fresh water is soo much nicer than the ocean!

      I hope it's not hot there in Sonoma County this weekend. When Todd finished his run at Vineman it was 91 degrees. He got severe leg cramps. I really hope it's cooler for you.

      Always wanted to do that canal path when I lived in that part of the country. Can only imagine the heat w/ high humidity. Great that you got such a long run in despite the conditions.
