      I hope so! Not sure why i was so surprised that without stretching my flexibility would start to diminish.. duh.. but I was shocked when I couldnt lock out my knees and touch the floor. Made me want to come back and try again next week :o)

      @trent - I used to live in Phoenix so I know how it goes trying to beat the sun and heat! I used to look up the weather by hour chart the night before to decide just how early to get up.
