      FYI.. Monica..It took two weeks for my knee to get too.. 100 percent!! Give yourself more time to recover! :-) Happy running! And good luck with your upcoming half marathon race!! All the best, my friend! :-)

    Cut my 5 miler short, either I'm not recovered fully from my 18.33 or I strained my knee. It's too close to my marathon to guess, so I decided not to push it. Boo.

      I'm starting to feel the same way Brian, there is a gym at the Navy base I can use for free but it is a bit of a drive to get there and is crowded usually. I hope to get a bike soon, that would be worth the $$ and it would be another workout I could do for free along with my running ;-)
