    Rock 29 mph 10 on 10 off.....plus so much more....HR monitor clocked 1700 cals burned in just over 2hrs

      Www.douglaslabs.com.....or tmuscle.com has a superfood supplement as well. Its definately green, that is why I like douglas' version...has a berry taste.....little less green tasting (grass). :)
