    Chilly & windy but at least it didn't rain like forecast predicted. Knee acting up but at least not locking like few weeks ago that hurts.

      Good workout Monica - you are moving "up" in mileage very quickly - BE CAREFUL. I like the 10% max increase and the step back week - that's just a friend who has done it all wrong talking.

      Thanks for the offer. :) Need to get more practice time in to hone it in. Interesting though, I always get deep green versus purple, only get purple @ beginning prayer when I connect with source. :)

      Thank you guys! Yep goal is 2017 in 2017. At least 4 1/2's under my belt. We'll see how the knee holds up. :)

      Wow! That's a lot of miles - I'm pulling for you everyday. I'm on a 1000 and that's a challenge for me. But you can do it if you have put your mind to it - having the goal is always step one.

    Time to upgrade my tracker to Garmin or go old school stop watch again. According to tracker my usual route is only 1 1/2 miles wha wha. Up side... awesome morning! :)

      Garmin for sure worth every penny you invest. I use a TomTom because the screen read out is bigger than anything Garmin makes. There is so many ways to use this data and so much more of it. It took me awhile to switch from old school Timex to first Nike and now TomTom - I wouldn't go back.

      I was checking both out a few days ago, leaning towards the Tom Tom for the only reason you can also download music to it. None of the Garmin I've seen yet have that perk.
