    Chilly & windy but at least it didn't rain like forecast predicted. Knee acting up but at least not locking like few weeks ago that hurts.

      Good workout Monica - you are moving "up" in mileage very quickly - BE CAREFUL. I like the 10% max increase and the step back week - that's just a friend who has done it all wrong talking.

      Thanks for the offer. :) Need to get more practice time in to hone it in. Interesting though, I always get deep green versus purple, only get purple @ beginning prayer when I connect with source. :)

      Thank you guys! Yep goal is 2017 in 2017. At least 4 1/2's under my belt. We'll see how the knee holds up. :)

      Wow! That's a lot of miles - I'm pulling for you everyday. I'm on a 1000 and that's a challenge for me. But you can do it if you have put your mind to it - having the goal is always step one.
